BAGUIO CITY-Thank God, it didn’t rain today!
After the downpours Friday evening, guardians and educators were eased to experience daylight and great climate when kids from different schools joined the road moving rivalry at the 22nd Panagbenga celebration at 8 a.m. Saturday.
As ahead of schedule as 5 a.m., understudies from Baguio and far flung regions of Cordillera and Ilocos area collected at Panagbenga Park in Barangay South Drive here to join the yearly road moving rivalry.
The mercury rose to 15.2 degrees Celsius at 5 at the beginning of today, which is quite recently the correct chill for children taking an interest in the stupendous road parade, said Leticia Dispo, climate master here.
Approached how he arranged for the challenge, a G-string wearing understudy from Quezon Hill Elementary School here, said having been performing before a substantial group of onlookers since 2012, Panagbenga’s road moving challenge appears to be “ordinary” to him.
